You can't redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our course materials. Recording live sessions or sharing proprietary resources violates this agreement.

5. Enrollment and Payment Terms

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and aren't guaranteed. Requests must be submitted in writing to help@templatexovasystems.com.

We reserve the right to modify pricing for future enrollments. Changes don't affect students already enrolled in a program at the time of modification.

• Immediate termination without refund for sharing course content publicly
• Suspension for harassment or inappropriate conduct toward others
• Account closure for fraudulent payment or identity misrepresentation
• Access removal for automated scraping or unauthorized platform usage

After termination, you lose access to all course materials and community features. Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination reason.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

We work hard to provide valuable education, but we can't guarantee specific career outcomes. Completing our programs doesn't ensure employment, specific salary levels, or business success. Your results depend on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Course content reflects current industry practices as of 2025, but the gaming industry changes rapidly. We update materials periodically but can't guarantee that every technique will remain current or effective indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templatexova Systems isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
